Batman Services provides a free concierge service that helps customers connect utilities and home services when moving to a new home. We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, internet, cable, and security services.

While we strive to provide accurate information about service options, pricing, and availability, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current. The final terms, conditions, and pricing of your services are determined by the service providers you select.
When you use our Services to connect with third-party service providers:
We may receive compensation from service providers for customer referrals. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for services.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Batman Services or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Batman Services EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Batman Services, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Batman Services IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Batman Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Batman Services regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
